Signing the lease

The signatory(s) to the lease and their guarantor must be present when the lease is signed.

The lease will be signed in our offices. You will need to show ID and your original documents.

The original lease will be sent to you by post once you have moved in to the property.

Supporting evidence to submit your application 

· Copy of an ID document (Swiss identity card or passport, residence permit or identity card for foreign nationals)

· Salary certificate or last three payslips

· Solvency certificate issued by the Office for Prosecutions and Bankruptcies of the current place of residence (original document, issued within the previous three months)

· Companies must also provide us with the following documents: their extract from the Commercial Register, a copy of the ID of the company representative(s) and the last two balance sheets and profit and loss accounts (certified by a trustee).
